What on Earth Slot Machine
Here we are in day three of my journey through the Bottomless Bonus at Vegas Palms casino. I’m only part way through my play for the day, but am writing because I’ve lost my connection to the casino… again… and I figured I’d do some writing before logging back on. It takes a couple of minutes to get up and running and just as soon as I do, I get distracted doing something else and am logged off in the blink of an eye. The fact of the matter is, it’s my own fault. I’ve never been logged off while I was playing, only when I’ve strayed from total attention.
I started out the day with $211 in my bonus money bank. Now, remember, it doesn’t matter if I win $2M, all I can collect is $100. It also doesn’t matter if I loose it all ten times a day, I can keep topping off my bonus bank money up to my original $50 as many times as I’d like for a full five days. I’m on day 3.
So, I was playing recklessly at a three reel, one payline slot called Party Time. Talk about a basic slot. Anyway, pretty quick, I was up to $340. I hit several Martini Bar symbol winning c combos for $30 each and then a Champagne Bar for $90. That’ll teach me to look down my nose at a classic slot.
Back again and I found a way to keep from loosing my train of thought and getting logged off.
I was in search of a video slot that I hadn’t played before and landed on What on Earth. It’s a classic five reel, nine payline game with a wild symbol and scatter symbols that activate a neat bonus. I was playing along and ran across just such a bonus. I was presented with a set of five space creatures in space ships hovering above the earth. The bonus is called the Beam ‘em Up bonus. The idea is that you get more points for beaming up more earthlings. The first time I won a few coins, the second time, I won 1800! I was up to $800 in my Bottomless Bonus bank account. Little dance around in my chair. Gotta remember it’s not real money.
Now, here’s how to keep playing without getting logged off… this game has an auto spin feature. It allows you to keep playing while you’re doing other things. You get there by clicking on expert. It lets you decide how many spins and when you want the game to stop. I set it on stop for a win over $50. I set my coin size to .25, and bet all 45 coins per spin. So each spin cost $11.25. Wow, that auto spin can sure run through the money fast!
I must admit, I was watching Gilmore Girls and not paying much attention. I was somewhat shocked to see that I had gotten down in the $400 range pretty quickly. Now remember, it’s not real money, so what the heck. So, I went back to watching Rory at her first Yale class when I was shaken awake by a stoppage in play… guess what!? I hit a row of five blue space aliens for a payout of 1000 coins! That’s $1,250! Plus two lines for $5 each, that made a win of $1,260. Pretty darned cool. That wild symbol is wild only for the blue space alien and the space man. Just one more wild symbol and I’d have hit the 7,500 top pay or $9,375!
